Q	Quirky on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Office I called was on point and very helpful...unfortunately the service man was less then professional, and seemed like he didn't want to work. He immediately came in and sat down and spent 30 mins sitting looking at his phone before actually looking at the unit. I had to inquire several times what he was actually doing. He obviously came unprepared, or was dragging his heels to rack up the time to a full hour. I almost told him to leave. I did not get the unit repaired and only a weak explanation as to what was actually wrong with it. He billed me an hour for his time. I should have only been billed 30 mins, because he only did 15 mins of 'work'. Very unimpressed.
p	peter wade on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I My 83 year old mother in law called to have the timer on her washer replaced and tested. She supplied all of the information including serial number and model number so they would bring the timer for replacement. Their Representative arrived and promptly told her he didn't have the part and gave her a bill for $109. I had tried to find the part online but every site had zero in stock....that is why we called Houle's. They should not have come if they didn't have the part. The owner, Dan, listened to our story and refused to refund any of the $109. Then he called her up and told her not to buy a GE washer after she told him that she bought a new one. I guess Houle's doesn't sell GE. Zero customer relations. Since I posted this review the owner ,Dan, called me to harass me. He had no offer of resolution...he only wanted to harass and badger me....no class.
N	Nicole Tardif on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BEWARE! The last time I dealt with them, my dryer kept tripping the breaker. I called them to diagnose. They didn't open the dryer to check what was wrong, but they told me about the expensive "what if it's this or that". They also didn't know anything about how it could be a breaker problem, and told me that it was just old and should be replaced. Of course they were ready to sell me a new dryer! When installing the new dryer, Dan, the owner assisted. They broke the tube for the vent and refused to fix it because "it was not their business". I argued that I need a working dryer and he said to call a handyman. After much arguing with the rude owner, the assistant kindly fixed something up. BUT IT UNFORTUNATELY DOESN"T END THERE! Same day, the new dryer trips the breaker! Now realising that my old dryer still worked, I called them to ask them to bring it back (so I can sell it). I spoke to Dan the owner again who was rude (again) and asked why I would want it back? He also wanted to charge a fee to deliver! I told him that I wouldn't pay for their misdiagnosis, and accepted a delivery from them when they were in the neighbourhood.. fast forward 1 month later, Dan called and asked if I still wanted the dryer because they were coming in the neighbourhood. He then informed me that it's been sitting outside in the rain all this time. Terrible business sense and very rude. I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS COMPANY!
