★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There office is clean but had awful experience had my wisdom tooth pulled out from them. And they broke it as they took it out. Ever since then I felt pain. I went back and they said it was food getting stuck deep inside, well yesterday I went to another dentist to get second opinion, they found out that the root of the wisdom tooth was not taken out and now the gums has healed over it so they can't take it out. I am now a bit afraid ? ? ? of dentists now.

Very excited to see my new smile come together and without the massive anxieties and fears. I really cannot express in words how much I would recommend this team.

I found out about New Sudbury Dental through the after hour care when I was in need and was moved enough to switch dental care for me and my entire family to their practice.
The dental care my family receives is top notch. They do their absolute best so you can be seen in the event of an emergency and are very flexible when scheduling appointments.
The dentist provides you with a detailed and complete plan of action before and updates during procedures which make it a more comfortable experience especially for children.
The receptionists are very pleasant to deal with and flexible in all areas associated with receiving dental care. Lots of options.
My children don't worry about visiting the dentist in fact they look forward to it but I'm guessing the arcade game with two claws and tons of stuffies entice them somewhat lol
Finally the waiting room is very nice actually the entire dental practice is really nice, modern and bright.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm not a dentist person. I've had bad experience with other dentist so I get anxiety when I go for my visits. I must say NSD clinic is very clean and professional. They make my visits very comfortable. Explain what they're doing and whats going on with our teeth. They make it as quick and painless as possible. I would highly recommend NSD clinic to those looking for a dentist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was the best dental experience I have had in 63 years. The front desk staff greeted me with smiles when I arrived and when I left. Jamie was amazing getting me set up and ready for the doctor. She was chatty, patiently answered my questions and was very competent. Doctor Hoffman was also fantastic…friendly, thoroughly explaining things to me and gently fixed my tooth. You’re cubicle was amazing; the ceiling flat screen was quite the surprise. I particularly liked the flat screen on the wall that instantly displayed X-ray results. I didn’t realize a trip to the dentist could be so positive. I look forward to my new patient appointment. A sincere thank you.
