★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately Brigil has been the worst company I’ve ever rented from. I moved here summer 2019. 1st they never mentioned they were building 2 condo buildings right beside mine so waking up with your building shaking at 7am was not fun specially when you were not expecting it. 2nd I was told that my parking lot was going to be ready 2 months after I moved and I was going to get a designated parking it’s been 13 months and nothing yet, during the winter I had to be calling them to put salt on the stairs and come clean the parking lot cuz I was always stock with all the built up of ice and snow. They wanted me to pay for parking and since I don’t have a parking I said I wasn’t going to pay and someone was supposed to get back to me on that. Sent emails, call them and nothing no one got back to me for a whole year, this month I noticed my rent increase and I never got any notifications so basically they are charging me for parking when I don’t have a parking. The head office people are extremely rude and don’t ever make the effort to understand, no sympathy, no replies, no follow up nothing. I am not the type of person to write reviews but Im having such a bad experience that I feel like it’s important to share my story. I would never rent from Brigil again.

My boyfriend and I were looking for a place to move and found your lovely Gatineau apartment, Horizon.
We were in love and ready to move in. We travelled 7 hours to see the unit.
1. We were not greeted when we arrive for our appointment. The girl who helped us didn't even know we were coming after I'd confirmed it multiple times.
2. NEXT, the apartment price listed on your website was dramatically different then the price we were given, which we were fine paying.
We picked the unit we wanted and were then given the application.
We mentioned MULTIPLE times that we had a cat and a dog and inquired that this was a pet friendly unit which the girl, Vanessa, who helped us said would be fine.
We submitted everything and were really excited to move in.
3. We were notified 4 days after we applied that the unit we wanted had been taken by someone else. You guys offered something else so I decided to call head office to ensure that it was a pet friendly building.
4. I was transferred to the manager on duty, who then told me that only 1 pet per unit and must be under 20 pounds....NO ONE HAD TOLD US THIS AFTER 3 WEEKS OF COMMUNICATION WITH YOU.
5. The manager told me she would call me back BUT NEVER DID.
I am so disappointed in the service we received. I genuinely believe no one wanted to help us and you lost out on a minimum 2 year lease and thousands of dollars from us.
We are please to have found a company who respected us enough to help us through the process.
I just thought you at head office would like to know how awful of an experience this was and how I will not be recommending this company to anyone unless you DRASTICALLY change your service level.
-A very disappointed missed opportunity

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Renting with Brigil has now become a nightmare for me. I moved out of Brigil Horizon a year ago, and now all of a sudden I am getting bills from Videotron that do not pertain to me since internet was included in my rent. I have been in constant contact with Brigil and Videotron and both have been unsupportive, blaming everything on me and not caring at all. This experience has taught me to never rent from a company again, especially from Brigil.
