A	Amira Hamed on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ it used to be a nice & quite place before they start working on other 5 building project close by, it has been 2 years and everyday wake up on the noise and building never stop shaking! if you plan to come to the building expect you will not get rid of this noise before another one year! except that it's good neighbourhood

Johnny is a good guy and very hardworking.He is very helpful and smiling. And he always tries his best to speak french. We want him to work here for a very long time or forever.

He cleans them well and the building smells hygiene. When I need help at the building, he comes immediately and fixes what you asked. Doing his job, he smiles and enjoys, you understand that he loves his job. Thank you for everything!

The building is always clean and quiet, and the residents are friendly and welcoming. Pleasant community to be a part of. Great job and thank you for making my time at Chateau des Grives meaningful!

We really appreciated the good services received, special thanks to the Assistant Manager Rudy, he always answered to our requests promptly. The neighbors in the buildings are very polite, friendly and kind. The location of building is also worth to mention. Very short walking distance to bus stops to Downtown Ottawa, to elementary schools (Deux Ruisseau or Du Pleau) Plateau commercial area (Walmart, Canadian Tires, Staples, provigo, Canadian Tires, Starcite Cinema McDonald’s, Winners, banks). This Apartment is a great place for people who want to be close by everything for living.

Rudy, the building officer and two gentlemen from Raddison conducted fantastic apartment inspections. It is a great location with friendly occupants. (Another review posted about people yelling to get off the property: nobody yells at someone for nothing, they would ask them to stop running or screaming). Rudy has been our concierge for a year now and he has really evolved. He answers your call and tries to help solve an issue, even at night and weekends. (We had an alarm go off at 2 in the morning and he was awake with us!!!!) I like being close to everything, very convenient!

I cannot explain the professionalism and kindness that I received from the team working there at the time. Rudy the concierge who is now the resident manager (No surprise there! I can’t imagine anybody more deserving of that promotion!) was always there to help us with any problems or concerns! The place is always clean and very well managed! Skyline living should be very proud of the team at 400 boulevard des Grives! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The neighbors are friendly and respectful. The services are also great. Rudy is a wonderful employee who is always available even on the weekends. When I message him about something in my parents apartment, he gets back to me right away. He is very considerate and helpful to my parents whenever they need him. They also replace broken appliances very quickly. My parents' dishwasher was not working properly. Rudy changed its filters and repaired it in 1 day. Then, my parents were still not happy with their dishwasher because it was old and still did not clean properly, we requested a new one. Rudy installed their new dishwasher in less than a week after our request. This building is clean, quiet, peaceful, close to a big plaza (within walking distance), and has an excellent management. The rent is also very reasonable.
