I tried to hang a mirror and the drywall was too weak. What's up with that?

Awesome place great view a bit expensive. But great security services and a quiet place to live.. you will get a gym inside and underground parking. ***** stars for safety of you and your vehicle.

I stayed here with corporate stays, and on the surface its as pretty as the pictures. To start there is no desk, which for corporate accommodations is really a deal breaker. I would have given 2-3 stars prior to hitting winter, but the insulation sucks, its boiling in the den and freezing in the bedroom and living area especially near the walls. Everything is very tall, would not reccomend for people below 5'4". Couch, chairs, incredibly uncomfortable, which makes the large tv not so useful. Last but not least not storage. Like stopped maybe 100-200$ short of making it livable. Maybe for a week, but I was here 6 months. I would list all the issues, but they can be summarized in "provided a walk in closet, but only 10 coat hangers"

Nice pictures, that’s it. Poor building management and bad service. False advertisement when visiting or signing a lease. There is NO Yoga room although facebook ads say so (they replaced it with an office). The gym is extremely small and compact (and missing weights people stole and never replaced). They will promise that a « coffee shop » will be on the first floor soon, but it will NEVER happen. (A few tenants over the last 3 years have heard the same story and it still hasn’t happened). Parking spaces are extremely small! If you have a passenger in your vehicle, they will have to leave the car before you park because the door won’t open once parked (spaces are too small). The parking area is extremely dirty and dusty. Don’t bother washing your car...it’ll be filthy after 1 day of being parked. Be careful getting any deliveries other than Canada Post, they usually leave it in the mailroom and packages get stolen all the time. Plenty of people are complaining about air conditioning systems not working and COGIR refuses to fix it (even in +32 weather). lol have fun sweating in your 2000$+ apartment. The toilet has been wobbly since we moved in and still hasn’t been fixed. (you feel like it might fall backwards). We stopped asking management to fix it. since they never came after 2-3 calls. Good luck if you have any problems with your tap or any fixtures, it won’t get fixed ?. You will pay downtown rent prices for no downtown amenities (grocery stores are far). Don’t get fooled, same prices as Ottawa, but higher taxes ?☠️. Tenants in the building are extremely dirty and litter everywhere (rooftop is always filthy during the weekend). Great cleaning was done during the week by Raymond (he is great)but we learned that he has left. sad to see tenants leaving garbage around the building and on the rooftop (not picking up after themselves). During Covid, people did not wear their masks in the hallways or elevators even though there were signs everywhere. Otherwise, the apartments are spacious and modern looking.

Horrible management. Building was purchased temporarily from Zibi, then to Cognir. They ended up double billing us both in November and January, they sent us an eviction notice despite all of this. 3 times the property managers changed and we had to go through the whole situation again. They tell us we still owe them one month rent although they owe us two and won't help us. We were also told that we weren't the only unit going through a similar situation, yet they won't help. This is being taken to court. We've also been trying to get our blinds, our bathroom shower head and sink fixed for the past year and still not fixed today. DO NOT MOVE THERE!!!!!!!

Le Vibe is a SCAM BUSINESS. They buy and sell the building, while asking tenants for new void cheques for the other new owners. Then they double bill you rent, and make you chase the other company for your money. I’m with 20 other tenants that are building a civil law suit against them for fraud and mismanagement of funds cause emotion damage and physical harm. (Kicking tenants out in middle of winter with no where to go) They also never fixed any broken items in the condo and kept saying they would next week and next month and after a year nothing happened. PLEASE BEWARE OF LE VIBE! BIG SCAMMERS! Even the Quebec Rental Board has said they have over 30 claims filed against them since 2018!

Really did not enjoy my time living here. Happy that I moved out this year. Here are some of my problems... (1) When I moved in the leasing agent would never respond to routine emails and got mad when I called to follow up. That should have been the first red flag. Email correspondence did not get better. (2) Electronic lock on my apartment door stopped working on a Friday night and I was told by staff that "I am at my cottage, what do you want me to do about it?" You may think it was clear that I wanted into my unit, but apparently, it was not. It was that night I learned that there actually was a physical key to my unit that the landlord had neglected to inform me existed (I was originally told there was no physical key). The staff member blamed me for this not-so-fun adventure. (3) I had no access to my mailbox for SIX weeks. They said they would deal with it. Then when they did not, they said Canada Post would deal with it. After several weeks of nothing, I called Canada Post who informed me this issue was 100% the landlord's responsibility and even offered to contact them their selves to request Cogir fix it. Issue was only finally resolved when legal action was threatened. (4) Items from the previous tenant was still in my unit when I moved in. (5) Dog in unit above mine routinely urinated on the balcony, which dripped down to mine. (6) Constant cigarette butts landed on my balcony, yet the landlord was draconian against anyone smoking marijuana anywhere near the property. (7) Revolving door of short-term tenants never wore masks at the height of the pandemic. (8) Cars park in your assigned spot all the time. (9) People also drive like NASCAR in the parking garage. (10) Threats to tow your vehicle (obviously empty threat) if you do not remove it from the garage during the very infrequent cleanings. (11) Office staff are generally friendly but must have seen more than a half-dozen different people during my time living there. (12) Maintenance man is also very friendly and helpful but seemingly the only one for two large residential towers. (13) Called the emergency line on weekend and it went to voicemail with no returned call. (14) Elevators not put on service when you request them to be. (15) Lease renewal is in December so you are forced to signup for an additional 12 months even if you signed your lease in the Spring/Summer. (16) Dog sh*t in elevator (on weekend) that was not cleaned up for awhile. I assume that even when it was cleaned up, it was probably a tenant who did so. I will say that the units are beautiful. They have (very) high ceilings and lots of square footage even in the basic units. They are also modernly and pleasingly styled, while being super reasonably located to offices in Hull and Centretown. For this price point, the units are really much lower than anything in Hull, Centretown, Byward, Sandy Hill, Westboro etc.. However, just ask yourself why...
