I have to agree with Alvaro: we have had several bad experiences with these people! For example, we are moving to the UK with our pets. The UK rules are very strict, there is no way out of them. Despite the veterinary told us that he was perfectly aware of the rules, and that he had prepared many pets for the UK, what he did was actually not following the rules! I asked the relevant institution for the UK pet travel scheme (DEFRA), and they confirmed that the veterinary was doing it wrong! But this is not the worst: every time we went there with the printed set of rules, the veterinary simply ignored them and made fun of us, saying that we had nothing to worry about!! In sum, this place is not where you want to bring your pets: the veterinary is incompetent, and disrespectful.

I have been to that animal hospital for many years with all my pets, even when Dr Pashayan was there and we always received above our expectation: care, services, comprehension and update care. I figure the prices are very reasonable for the services we got.GOOD MEDICINE COST and the institution as the accreditation of the American Animal Hospital Association witch is the most demanding association for quality pet/human care in the world. I don't understand what happened to the persons listed here with negative comments unless they did something that makes them fell very guilty toward their pets, these things happen and they always try to find a skape-goat. Please find somebody else, the staff is all devoted to animal care, you are wrong!

Amazing vet! Always accommodating and gets me in. Won’t give you what you don’t need. Very friendly staff. I’ve used him for a long time for my Jack Russells. Highly recommend.

They took absolutely wonderful care of our cat Bear when he was suddenly ill and needed emergency surgery. And later when we had concerns again about his recovery and the doctor wasn't in, he called and followed up with us regardless of not being in that day, seeing what he could do to help. Thank you Dr. Vaillancourt and staff!

Dr. J.Marc Vaillancourt is a kind and responsible veterinarian. My dog has pancreatitis and I have no idea how to deal this situation. Following the dr’s instruction and treatment, my friend is healthy again. The cost of treatment is not cheap but reasonable. I really appreciate.

My dog, Hope, has been to numerous vets over the last 3 years because of her extreme anxiety and bad experiences at vets... but all I have to say is WOW, dr. Vaillancourt is the best vet I have ever met. He is so patient, calm, loving, and extremely passionate about what he does. You can tell he became a veterinarian for all the right reasons. My dog now loves going to the vet, gives him a bunch of kisses and is at ease. There is no more struggling to get her out of the car the moment she sees the vet office, she just hops out and is already at the door. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

The vet is very patient and attentive and his vet tech has been a crucial support. The atmosphere is very relaxed and it feels like a family run clinic, very cosy. All the team has made the experience less stressful on my fury friend. Thank you and definitely see you soon!

Dr. Vaillancourt looked after three of my cats. He saved one when he was under 6 months old and I'm grateful for the 18+ years of laughter and love I had with him. He also looked after a three-legged rescue called Lil' Trouper. He was so kind and gentle with. He was there when I had to put her down and he couldn't have been more compassionate to both of us. I'm so very grateful to him. He also looked after Tip Toe, another rescue, and continued to give me advice on her even after I moved 3000 miles away to Vancouver. In addition to all this, he also took me on his "zootherapy" visits to seniors homes and care homes for the people with intellectual disabilities. At the time, Google reviews weren't a thing. They are now and I' so happy to be able to share this with others.
