★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not as good as I remember. The fish was very lacking in taste and texture. The fries were dry and dark, probably from the lack of cleaning and replacing the fryer's oil. Maybe it's just me, but it also seems like the fish is smaller portion than what it used to be? This might be a nitpick but the cashier barely acknowledged me and refused to give me eye contact. He was probably having a bad day but it doesn't feel very welcoming.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered the cod & chips and halibut & chips. Both types of fish were delicious with a nice light & crispy batter. Chips were cooked nicely as well, great choice of potato. This place is also open on Sundays. Try this place out!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went on a weekend. Ordered the halibut fish and chips which apparently was the most expensive combo. The fish was not cooked properly and it was bland. I understand businesses have busy days but one should not compromise on quality. Onion rings were the best item in my order. The best I’ve ever had.

Edit in response to owner's reply: Cod is indeed a mild-flavored fish, but by blandness I was referring to how the batter and fish weren't well seasoned imo. No hate, just an honest opinion. Thanks for the offer, but I'd buy it proper, not looking to get a free meal. Will add that the takeout service was fast and pleasant.

These definitely satisfied my taco cravings and I was surprised with the fish portion - great for price! My fav was the shrimp - so tasty and flavourful compared to the fish. Will visit again for the shrimp tacos and try their fish & chips

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing Amazing amazing. I went with my wife and it was our first time trying it and I have to say it's the best restaurant you would eat fish and chips in town. Cory was very knowledgeable, very pleasant and most importantly he was happy to help and recommend us what to order. The fish and chips were fried in very clean oil you can easily tell by looking at it. All their sauces are amazing. The taste is super delicious. Cory, we will be back to try the calamari.
