★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Built a single detached house with Homes by AVI. Great service and quality. I wanna keep this review short as no one wants to read an essay. I went to different builders and found the sales people to seem kind of pushy. I then went to Homes By AVI and found this builder to be very transparent on the process and upfront costs. I attended the show homes multiple times for follow ups and the sales rep Taralynn was able to update me on the process. I’ve heard many cases where the builder stops caring after the client has purchased the property and signed all the contracts. This was not the case with Homes by AVI. I have been in my newly built home for over a year now and every time I have an issue which is rare, it gets addressed promptly. What makes a buisness great is its employees, special thanks to Taralynn and all the other folks at homes by AVI who’s names I forgot. I would definitely do Buisiness again with Homes by AVI. This review is not just about Homes by AVI but also about the employees that made this investment purchase possible. Edit: my experience was at the Savanna new developments.
