★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service by jayman homes Redstone Calgary.got possession on sep 8 2021 but they did not finish the lots of jobs inside the house, no shower doors, no mirrors and no shelving yet(29 sep 2021). 21 days past still don’t know when they will install these things. I would never recommend my family or friends to buy any property from jayman Calgary until they give any written notice of full completion of home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst home purchase experience, not recommended at all. Sales team is totally unprofessional, Some examples. 1. They do not provide your construction updates on time and when you follow up with them be prepared to hear "Do not waste your time in following for updates rather do productive work to earn more money". When you escalate such words to their management they are like we need to understand in which context this was mentioned, really!!! Does context even matter here? It's unprofessional words and discriminating between rich and poor. 2nd example - When you ask for some support it's always "NO", definitely they will have their own reasons for that. 3rd when you complaint about the dissatisfaction from their sales team, rather than providing solution management will tell you "we are customer centric organization and if you are not satisficed with service your are free to withdraw new home building project with them just 10-15 days prior to possession!!" Really, I suspect and feel something else as reason - As price of house has increased by $200000-$250000!!!!
