Never buying a home from these guys.

They never return calls or e-mails and Raj who is the guy in charge is hardly ever there. His Rep keeps giving me wrong answers to all my questions.
We put in an offer on a home and apparently Raj told us everything was good. But then they got a higher offer and they took that instead and Raj said too bad to us. Then all he said was if you guys are that cheap then go to the other builders around him but that he only sells premium homes.
What kind of service is this? And assuming that were cheap because were from the brown community.

He answerd all our questions and we felt confident in our decisions because he had our best interest. He goes above and beyond and we want him to know that it didn't go unnoticed.
