★ ★ ★ ★ ★ realy bad service after you buy the house. water came in my basement just denied fixing that. soil was not packed properly now water going in my house through sides. now site manager paul is not picking the phone . Few things inside the house were bad hasn’t fix those yet almost a year when i bought house. please avoid cardel homes go with Trico homes they are lot better.
