β β β β β Exceptional customer service from Klair Custom Homes Calgary. They have been such a pleasure to work with till date. Although our new house is not yet complete but Klair Custom Homes has been very flexible with our needs and customizations. I am first time buyer so I had lot of questions and concerns, but Mr. Amarpreet has been very helpful and supportive with all my concerns about homebuilding procedures. I love their flexibility of layouts and their standard selections for house. I am happy for building my first house with Klair Homes and will surely post some pictures when my house is ready to move in. I would highly recommend Klair Custom Homes for their service.

β β β β β I used Klair Custom Homes to build my house in 2014. These people do not know basic design. They made my garage in such a way that it's virtually impossible for me to purchase a car that will fit on one side of the garage. They have the closet protruding into the garage which takes away so much space. I'm not sure how professionals mess this up.

The level of service has been exemplary.The best part about Klair custom homes is the flexibility of layouts and their standard selections. Upgrades are not that necessary as they provide good standard options for buyers.I am happy for building my first house with Klair Homes.

Mr. Amarpreet Singh is so great. He made our process very easy and he has always attentive with sound knowledge in construction, I was very impressed to see the quality of the material they use and the fact that their standard specification line includes so much in the home that you don't have to upgrade too much. The house prices are good & competitive and one of the few builders that know how to use the space or square footage well. I am a satisfied customer and will suggest anyone who is looking for a home to build with them.
I would highly recommend Klair Custom Homes as a builder.
