Staff is good but they just dropped the deal of 2 houses just because of 5 k. If you guys making millions can’t afford to drop 5k how can you expect someone to pay you more. We just wasted all our time ending up with disappointment.

We bought a house in Cityscape from Mattamy and got our possession in February 2021. On June 13th we had a water leak in our basement window and contacted Mattamy to inform them of the leak and were directed to the Warranty team. Their warranty team is full of unprofessionals who can stoop to any level to avoid the repairs. Their technical team will turn the story around as per their convenience and fool you around in every possible way to get away of the situation. There warranty manager is the rudest lady I have ever spoken to because apparently she is the boss and she can do anything. Anyway they not only refused the repair but also left all the casings and holes in the dry wall open and when we asked them to at least fix that they said you asked to make the holes. We are contacting Travellers now to follow up in the matter. So, I highly recommend to take pictures, make videos and keep them as solid proofs so that you should have a backup. Its been an ongoing issue for 2 months no individual from Mattamy or the warranty team has come up to help us out.

Cheapest quality material used. Rip y off in name of upgrade. Any other builder in Calgary will be better then them in my opinion.

I am in Cityscape from year and half. Roads are constructed so bad. Hundreds of water puddles here. I have a water puddle in front of my driveway and its full with water all the time. When temperature drops to zero, it freeze and become icey. I slipped on it twice. Mattamy fixed little portion last year when my home was under one year warranty but now they dont care anymore. So if someone buys mattamy home, make sure to take Vitamin D in good quantity otherwise bones gonna brake. You must buy shop vac, long extension cord and some buckets to suck road water. You need to buy Salt (it can melt the ice) and Vitamin D (Stronger and unbreakable bones) Your kids cant play at your driveway because cars will splash water on them. City of Calgary cant do anything as builder didn't hand over the area to City and who knows when Mattamy is going to finish here and I strongly believe they will not fix roads once they done. Mattamyhomes are for handyman. You need Shop Vac and high power blower and 15 minutes of your time every other day to deal with free puddle gifted to you by mattamy. If you cant fix things and problems caused by mattamy's , buy somewhere else.

Mattamy have all the options in every segment from townhome to Single family with Garage. I can speak from my personal experience only which is built quality is average or below average in some cases. I guess that all depends on what you buy and how much you have paid. But I am not the only one feels that way.

I am surprised to see a rapid increase in the house prices and compare to last week , if I look back around less then 10 days they increase there prices twice. As my inquiry nothing has been changed in labour or material cost in 10 days . And all lots and property are same as I seen last time. For example 10 days ago the price for Armstrong was 709k and after few day it was increased to 737k and I saw just last midnight . Armstrong price jumped to almost 783k just for basic floor plan. Which was a shock to me. If everything is same then why they changed prices?
