M	Melody on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Large building. Friendly and attentive staff. Each staff member had a different opinion on dry dog food. They carry the more expensive brands of both cat and dog foods. $30 and up for small bags. Establishment is clean and organized. They are having problems getting certain brands in due to covid and trucks not being able to make deliveries. We were hoping that this new store would have all pet related items for a good price, unfortunately we were disappointed. Its like any other big enterprise pet store. 2 star rating.

The products they carry are too notch and the service is fantastic. Every time you purchase something, you get to use your receipt for a chance to win $100 to spend there, which is a fun extra perk. They gave me a great dog food sample on my last visit. A great store with great people.

Have had an issue with at least one item in the last 3 visits. Granted I go every month on the first Tuesday for their 10% member discount!!!! I buy most necessities here like orijen, Kong, toppl, cloudstar, blue buffalo treats, cow ears, rcpets, Merrick brushes... The list goes on! They have sale items like PetSmart but better and more stuff with special discounts due to short expiry dates. ? Love this place!

When Homesalive opened we were some of the first visitors and it was quite honestly the Disneyland like pet store of all pet stores! Willow loves coming here and getting all the pets and treats from all the employees. She loves visiting her best friends Jords and Karo who help get her suited for all the seasons and picking out the yummiest treats! ? The BEST pet store hands down!

I love their water & weight stations they have as well as the HUGE selection of raw food, always well stocked! I just wish the mall's parking lot had an EV charging station available!

The staff are super friendly and helpful, the selection is huge, and the quality of the products offered is great. I buy a lot of Bully Sticks and they for sure have the best price compared to other stores. Honestly, it's like a cost-effective Whole Foods for pets. Stores like petsmart don't hold a candle to Homes Alive Pets. If you're looking for a sign to change pet stores, consider this it.
