I came here for delivery & i was very much disappointed because they told me to untarp my load on road side, which i never experienced in my trucking currier because it is not safe at all if we work on roadside they should have to give us space for untarping inside their location like all other commercial sites , please respect truckers and step forward for their safety ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could rate lower I would. 0stars. Went for home repair materials, a young lady with the home depo apron approached me when I first entered the store. She asked me what am I looking for, so I told her I'm just looking for some patch material for my home. And she told me they only sell dry wall and drywall patch there. Soo I'm very confused did you recently shorten all the products you had so now you ONLY carry drywall and drywall patch?. Sorry for the inconvenience but I will not have any of my business brought here anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely disgusting service. We ordered a tub shower on the 12th August 2020 and have still not received it 6 weeks later. When we originally placed the order the time to have it delivered was 2 weeks. We have reached out to customer service every week since then to see when it will be delivered and no one can give us a date and just keep pushing us off. They also tell us each time they will have someone call us back within 24-48 hours and have never once received a call back. The tub shower cost $3,010CAD and they took the money out on the 16th September and we just checked our Visa card and they have taken another $3,010CAD out on the 21st of September now leaving us with no money left for the rest of the month and we just got paid! I can’t believe the online texting service that they are trying to provide with an automated text service that never answers any of your questions either. Also the wait time to get ahold of a “real” person on the phone takes forever and they can’t even help with your questions either. We want our tub shower and one of our payments back that you took out twice. You have really done a miserable job this time and we will he taking our business somewhere else for any future orders,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been shopping at this location since year 2000 with no regrets, the name of the store is home depot located on 6725 104st, Edmonton, AB.I was helped by a sales associate by the name Edgar who is very knowledgeable of many products, guided me to the correct location, helped with plumbing, garden supplies and cleaning supplies, I am an elderly person, he listened very carefully and showed me where these products were kept and educated me how to shop wisely,, Edgar is a man of integrity, is an asset to home depot, I wish Candace , employee of this location and Edgar the best in years to come. .I received very good customer service on September the 15th, 2021

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a Toro $970.00 snowblower on line. It was never delievered. I checked the order, Home Depot never processed it now all those snow blowers are out of stock. Then I ordered the next one up. It was to be delivered Monday. never showed, I kept called, they delivered it Thursday evening, left it in the middle of the driveway. never rang my door bell to tell me it was here. i found it in the morning after a night of rain. No customer service. I will never shop Home Depot on line or in person again.
