They do respond and follow up quickly, always clear upfront; needless to say that they do know what they sell, given that is a hundreds and hundreds of different car wrap and graphics products. ND Edmonton is a reliable supplier and probably a biggest one in Edmonton region, as they carry a lot of vinyl, print and signage supplies in stock, which was really helpful to our business!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grabbed vinyl yesterday. Asked for 20 feet. They said 21? I said sure. Get home. Its 9 feet. And they dont have anymore in that colour. I need it for a job thats leaving saturday. You guys are way over priced and not very helpful. I will be going elsewhere to get vinyl at a fraction of the price to complete this job. And i thank you for not taking back your mistake and the end of your roll.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unproffesional staff, drove a long way to buy some prodcuts and I got greeted by a rude lady that told me that we have to book an appointment, she also said it clearly says that online. I double checked to make sure and on the website home page it says nothing about that. So I showed her the website and she herself couldnt find the area that it says that, after a couple minutes of digging around the website we finally find a section that states that. You should put that on the home page of your website and make it more clear for people. The way that lady treated me specifically was very rude and I will for sure take my business else where.

When comparing apples to apples, I disagree that this company is expensive, I shop around a lot, and have found them to be very competitive in every sense: vinyls, consumables, equipment, tech support.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drove over more than half an hour to buy some vinyl and this rude lady tells me now they only take appointments and that it says it very clear on the website, it doesn’t say it very clear on the website. Looked around and couldn’t find it until she had to dig it up and show me. You guys should put that on the front of your website so people can see it easily. Again super rude lady, definitely won’t be coming here again. At least have the decency to apologize for not making it clear and wasting my time.
