I have tried on numerous occasions recently to call but an automated message comes up saying "sorry we are closed at this time, our normal business hours are from 8am till ....." !!!! meanwhile i am calling multiple times after 8am! it is now 8:26am and the phone system is off!!!! How are customers supposed to inquire about products/order products!!! This is not the first time this happens!!! This has been happening for well over a month now!!!! TURN ON YOUR PHONE SYSTEMS WHEN BUSINESS HOURS START AT 8AM!!!! not 9AM or after 8:30AM!!!! I am calling from Winnipeg! Not Edmonton. I even tried calling the direct line for the Cancel located in Edmonton (head Office) and same message comes on!
