★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service and lack of communication on their end resulted in the wrong countertop being made and delivered. They made an attempt to rectify their mistake which I did appreciate but then they ended up not actually following through on their promise. I repeatedly had to call after our meeting to try and recieve a new quote for the new countertop I wanted but to no avail. In the end I took the countertop made in error and received a discounted price which I think is what they were hoping I would do. The countertop is fine enough (even if it isn't what I ordered) but their customer really ruined the experience for me as this was the one splurge for our home renos.
