G	George77 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I enjoyed my stay. Very good personnel at the front desk. The breakfast was good but I was there for a weekend only this time. I know there are better breakfast variety thru the week. Mediocre mattress in a 2 bed unit. I usually get a kingsize suite which has a much better mattress.

And the manager Tina upgraded our room for us which was a really nice surprise. The atmosphere of the staff was great and we really enjoyed the comp breakfast with lots of variety in the morning. Very cheerful breakfast lady greeted us and the whole stay was a pleasant one. 10/10 would come back for another stay.

They had me on my way to my room in no time. The room was spotless, the bedding lush...(love the beautiful quality of the bedding)...Bed was very comfortable. In the morning the breakfast bar was topped up, and spotless...Lady refilling was so very helpful and kind. Check out covid style was a breeze...Drop the keys in the plexiglass box, get your receipt, and your on your way with a cheerful farewell from the staff....Couldn't have been any better. Thank you for making my stay a happy one!

The beds were crisp, fresh and very comfortable with the choice of 2 each firm or soft pillows. The washroom was spotless. Coffee maker and coffee in room was wonderful after a long day . Breakfast was a nice surprise with many choices. it was hot and the flow thru of self service with assistance if needed was great .

We were provided an upgraded room, at no additional cost. The Kuerig coffee maker and pods was a nice touch (as we have not travelled in the past 2 years, don't know if this is standard now). Breakfast bar was well stocked.
S	SANTCS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The standard of cleanliness was very high. We were able to enjoy the amenities including the heated spa and pool and gym. Our only complaint, is that the included breakfast was terrible. The staff was friendly and kind but the hot breakfast was anything but. The eggs were cold and plasticky. The meat was rubbery and cold. The breakfast was a real disappointment. Apart from that the overall experience was excellent.
