Never what you want...not enough parts for traxxas rc..ask for parts and just no interest in wanting to help very much..ill drive to Newmarket or Barrie instead of waisting my time.not geared to help. The young guy is actually more informative and helpful then the owners

This is my go to model shop. I enjoy building wooden model shops they have been very helpful and got me started in this hobby. They help me pick models to do and if they don't have stool or whatever you need they will do thier best to find it and get it to me at a very competitive price to what you find on the internet

Great, bright and well organized shop with helpful staff. Open reliably according to their posted hours. Owners are definitely willing to try and help you, and will give suggestions if they don't have what you're looking for and will sometimes order things in special if they can for you. Vote with your dollar and support small businesses like this one, it's very obvious the owners work hard to give the best they can to the town. Its worth it to get high quality art supplies and board games.

I will never do business with this company again and would not recommend them to anyone, do yourself a favour and don't let this company ruin your Christmas! I ordered 3 items on their web site which stated they were in stock, and received immediate confirmation of my order. The next day I received an automated email stating that the amount charged to my credit card had been refunded. I received no further explanation of why or what was happening with my order, and on their web site it still says my order is confirmed and all of the items I ordered still show as being in stock, so the same thing will probably happen to the next person who shops here too! I emailed the company to find out what happened and received this one liner reply by email "The puzzles are out of stock and unlikely to return before the New Year." I immediately replied and said I will need written confirmation that my order has been cancelled, and have received no response. When I ordered these items, they were confirmed to be delivered to me by Dec. 22nd, so by the time I get an answer back from them, if I ever do, it will be too late to order them elsewhere and receive them before Christmas. Thanks a lot for making a difficult year even better for my disabled child. I really needed another hassle this year and this close to Christmas, really appreciate the extra headaches. To Google, I would recommend you remove this company from the list of options that come up when you search for something under "Shopping" as it's clearly not an option if shopping is your goal. UPDATE after "Response from the owner" posted: No I have not received any confirmation of the cancellation, nor has the owner responded to my email which stated "I am going to need written confirmation from you that my order is cancelled and I will not be charged for any of these items in the future. As of right now, your web site still says my order is confirmed." To other buyers, I urge you to save yourself the ongoing hassle of dealing with this.
