All of them were new The only time you will find used airplanes are ones hanging from the ceiling some are on consignment from customers as is were is sometimes Jack will sell one of his own never does he use RC products and then re-sell as new like this clown has below Quoted he should have taken the time to do a flight check a brand new plane will crash if not checked. this idiot should of called and jack would have fixed the problem. however he was a hot head and trashed the man instead shame on you.

Every time I'm stuck and need something hes either had it or gotten it for me. All the little finicky things like Tiny drill bits, precision tools or what not Ive gotten there. His new store is way bigger and has allot more stuff. Highly recommended. He may seem a little Gruff but hes really nice and helpful. Thanks so much for always having what I need ;)

He has everything from R/C boats, cars, planes, etc starting from the beginner level to advanced. Any thing I’ve needed he has had or has ordered it in for me. Something for everyone is here. Highly recommend this store

I came to Jack's shop and he gave me a chance. He really cares about his customers and doesn't expect anything in return for his deeds! All in all he fixed it for me and I thank you! Also unique shop and a must stop for hobby lovers!
S	Shaun Feere on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From out of town and decided I needed a RC boat for the lake. I'm not sure what the one stars are talking about as the service was great. He explained the differences between the tiers well and even tested the one i ended up buying to make sure it worked before i left. Even set me up with batteries in the transmitter so I didn't have to buy AAs right away. The way he was talking about his orders I can tell he's busy, but I didnt find that took away from the customer service at all. Honestly its his shop so he knows what sells, so of course he's going to stock mainly the parts for what he sells. And with his explanation of his current selection I completely agree with it. A very nice shop and definitely will be my go to place again when I'm in the area!
