★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an issue while camping at Gull Lake. Came in and spoke to who I will assume is the owner. He took the time to educate me on trailer sway control and adjustment. He didn't sell me anything but next time I need something, I will definitely support the Hitch Depot!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Equalizer hitch was in need of a good tuning as it had been serviced over the years at different shops with little satisfaction. Tim at Hitch Depot had me back on the road in an hour using all existing parts. These. guys are top drawer with the experienced staff. If you need a shop to set you up with a hitch don't waste your time with the guys that sold you your trailer, odds are as I experienced they don't know anything about hitches, give Darren a call and he'll get you on the road done right the first time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Truthfully did like this establishment, that has now changed…… after purchasing 7 mini lights that were in stock decided to go another route with my trailer at only 5 days after purchase, lights were not opened and in original packaging….. they charged me a 10% restocking fee. Sorry I can see if these items were ordered in but when they are in stock and stock them regularly! won’t be back will shop at Greg’s distributors or online to avoid this restocking fee on items purchased in the future.
