★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They do not stand behind their product. We have issues with our 2019 4Star LQ. We were told there is no warrantee on the furnace or radio at the Lacombe dealership. When we called the Lethbridge dealership we are now having the radio warranteed but not labor. The furnace is still our cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unbelievable service. We broke down on the highway and they sent a technician with the part we needed for our trailer and then he helped us install it. They are life savers. We couldn't be more grateful for this company and their unbelievable customer service. I would recommend everything about them as a company and business.

The market for living quarter horse trailers right now is very scarce, but Michelle took us under her wing and helped us every step of the way. She truly wanted what was best for our family and although she didn't ultimately sell us a trailer, I wanted to write a review to let others know to meet Michelle if they're in the market for a trailer as it is time well spent.
