★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I went away and noticed I came back I owe $168 they still cut off my gas even though I paid it the day before. then yet I'm cooking and I noticed After 9 a. M. I don't have any f****** gas and then on top of it so I called them you know what they do on top of me paying it they're like oh yeah we're charging you $280 to reinstate it even though it wasn't even disconnected for more than five f****** minutes we know I would like to say that they're f****** policies are real f******I. Shady I would never recommend them again too bad that we have to f****** use them cuz he the only people that distribute. news flash if you say something you should stand by it what kind of f****** company goes behind the back and then just doesn't anyways like that f****** shady ass people that's who

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could rate a 0 I would. We have had a natural gas leak since December and nothing got done until this last month after far too many calls from ourselves and family that also smell it. We have suffered from natural gas poisoning (as told by doctors) and have been hospitalized. Every time I call I get lied to about my name not being on my own account and I'm constantly disrespected. I'm a 23 year old and I always use the utmost respect, I'm incredibly dissatisfied and disappointed by how I've been treated and how my health doesn't matter to the company at all. Now being forced to take this to small claims court. But thank you for digging up my backyard and leaving a mound of Dirt that you never packed down and telling our bosses you never had a call regarding our house. We are about to lose our jobs and they don't care at all and actually respond with more disrespect. I've been trying for hours a day for weeks to get ahold of a supervisor or someone that can actually help us instead of belittling us and how serious this is and how it has seriously affected my health and mental state.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service, and the customer service representatives hang up on you whenever you say something you don't like about the company they work for.
I had made payment arrangements, ensured the bill was paid off BEFORE the contract termination date, and they still proceeded to cancel my account...5 days AFTER I had paid it in full.
Absolute JOKE of a company and your money is spent better ANYWHERE else.
