S	SRK (Srk) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brutal owner!! I have done curb side pick up a few time. The owner barely acknowledges you and doesn’t even say thank you. I picked my order up yesterday and the door was locked and I had to bang on the window. I watched as she slowly swept and ignored me. She let me in and continued to sweep instead of asking me if I needed any guidance. I I interrupted her sweeping and told her I was here for a pick up. She did not ask me my name.. just handed me a bag( no name on it) and turned away. This woman has no interest in retaining customers. I go to her store to support local and she clearly has no interest in keeping her customers. Several of my friends have had the same experience. This will be the last time. I shop here and I will NEVER suggest this place to my friends. And to be clear we have confirmed that it is the owner and not an employee.
D	Darth emch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience, first off the person who answered the emails, was very unprofessional, didn’t respond in a professional matter. Took multiple emails back and forth just to book an appointment. Then they barley even tried to attempt to cut my dogs nails. They asked if they should use a dremmal instead of nail cutters, and when I said yes, went and used nail cutters. Woman who worked the front desk was very rude and pretentious. They also seem not to be able to handle large dogs. Would never recommend going here. Need to learn how to have good customer service and not be rude.

She's often pretty timid and can be difficult to work with, but she loves going to Hip Pooch since they take such great care of her. All of their groomers do a great job, Beta looks and smells so fresh every time. They've also got super fun/cute toys.

I've been taking my dogs there for 6 months, my younger guy has anxiety when he is away from our other dog so Crystal suggested that they both come together even though one dog is just there for emotional support at no extra charge. The dogs are always happy on their way in and out!
