Overpriced, poor selection and anti-freedom.

Great little local store! Store is nicely merchandised and love the simple designs of the clothing. Highly recommend if you want to rep your city!

Great little clothing boutique with Winnipeg brand clothing. Fantastic for expats, proud locals and gifts to distant friends and family. High quality material and stitching. Good selection of hoodies, t-shirts and ball caps. Worth the visit and located in the heart of Corydon shopping.

Exceptional branding and attention to detail. Comfortable, interesting and fun street wear for the whole family to wear. Always happy to support local as I love seeing The Peg being repped in other cities and around the world. Always coming up with unique capsule collections and limited releases. A small locally run brand doing big things!!

Lack of selection and overpriced merchandise make supporting this local spot tough. 140$ for a basic hoodie with a logo screen printed on it is a hard sell for me, and the quality just doesn't match other similarly priced streetwear brands in my opinion. We did make a purchase while we were there and were told we couldn't use cash because the person working said they didn't have change. Overall I was hyped to check out the store after following their Instagram, and was thoroughly let down on all aspects. I'll come back maybe next year and see if anything has changed.

Unprofessional business. They take weeks to reply to emails and ignore concerns. Bought a shirt as a gift, had to return it due to poor fit. Exchanged it for a hoodie in a different style, even worse fit, could barely fit over their head. Bought a size up, and the length went halfway down their thighs. Poor fit and barely any stock available. After returning 3 shirts I asked for a refund as I was fed up with the service and stock. The employee said no refunds and texted their boss and said she was busy with her kids and for me to send an email. No response. Ridiculous. Now I'm stuck with a $120 giftcard to a store with no clothing that fits. I was never told there were no refunds, as I wouldn't have purchased anything without trying it on. This was impossible due to closures because of the pandemic. And now, after getting the email with the giftcard, I see there is writing at the bottom saying no refunds. That was not present in the other receipts. As someone who lives in the neighborhood, I'm disappointed with the lack of professionalism and customer service. Edit: change rooms were not available during any of our exchanges, maybe your staff should be informed that they are available. I emailed the owners from the website as I was instructed to. There is no phone number to your business, and apparently not all emails are received. I will not be purchasing anything from your store as the fit was terrible in all styles and not worth $120. I would've been happy with a refund, but clearly customer service and quality of clothing is not important to your business. When exchanging a $40 tshirt for a $120 hoodie, we should have been informed by your staff that there are no refunds, especially with change rooms not being available.

Went into the pop-up store in Polo Park today, I believe in supporting local businesses and the gentlemen at the counter had zero customer service skills. I wanted to buy my son a t-shirt when I asked about any other sizes (only xxl left) he went on to tell me he had 16 sales today and no sizes left. I asked if their Corydon location had any other sizes available, he rudely said they had 16 sales today too, so is that a yes or no? As I was walking out my niece and I noticed these beanies which my son would love with the PEG logo on it. We asked the cost he said ( don’t quote me on price) 45$ for these 35$ for these, what was the difference I asked he said these are made in Canada these are not. I asked where the other one was made he didn’t answer. I picked one up to look at and opened it up to see how big they were and he said don’t stretch the hat. Game over I walked out, so rude so much for supporting local. Thank you for your response ……..just to clarify I did not inquire about your sales for the day, why would I, he was the one who rudely told me about the sales of both locations when I asked about sizes.
