Founded by professional dog trainer, groomer, and handler Laurel Fletcher, The Pawsh Dog is a luxury canine care facility staffed by an expert team of dedicated canine care professionals providing a complete range of products and services designed to meet both dogs and their owners every need.
In 2009 Laurel opened The Pawsh Dog’s first location, adding two more in 2012. The Wellness Centre – featuring a pool designed specifically for dogs – opened in 2013 and is the only facility of its kind in Manitoba.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dog has been going to the Pawsh Dog on Marion since he was born. It has been 9 years of totally amazing service. I always feel welcome and confident leaving Rusty behind knowing he will be well looked after (despite his fear of the dryer). Megan is always professional and loving towards Rusty and she always does any amazing job of grooming him. I'm just thrilled how awesome he looks in his new summer cut.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Pawsh Dog services at the Kenaston location are fantastic! We took our giant goldendoodle to a number of different groomers through the city and they never groom him the way we wanted - Jing Ye does exactly what we ask and makes him look so great! She is gentle and kind so he doesn’t hate going. We also like that the services are done in front of a glass window in petland so we feel comfortable leaving our dog there with the extra accountability.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love taking my dog here, always such friendly staff like Karissa at the front desk. I can always trust quality service from Wanlu the groomer too, she did a fantastic job on my Pomeranian. I know they're gentle and keep things very clean. They even called me when they found a tick on my dog and asked if it was okay to remove it. High respect for this place, you can tell they really care here. Will be recommending The Pawsh Dog on Marion to all my friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my medium sized dog to be “interviewed” for a membership. I explained that my dog was afraid of large breed dogs but is otherwise ok with them. Then the staff brought out another dog to assess my dogs social ability and it was a large breed dog! I asked them why they would do that. They said that it was the only dog that they had that the could test her social skills. The dog they brought out was excitable and attempted to jump on my dog and scared her. To think I’d leave my pup there for the summer is ludicrous! Horrible staff with zero consideration for my pets comfort!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are so happy our boy Duke has found a place he can play all day with other good size pooches. Our previous go to was Maple grove park, Duke was pinned by a couple of bigger dogs there and since then he just does not come back when called.
The staff are amazing, the report cards we look forward to reading at mid day.
Highly recommended !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I started bringing my boxer German shepherd puppy to The Pawsh Dog because I wanted her to be well socialized and burn off her (constant) energy. She always is happy and wanting to go back as soon as possible.
All the staff at the Marion location are so great with my puppy and she loves them so much! I would highly recommend bringing your dog here for daycare, grooming or whatever else you may need.
We are moving soon out of the area so she will likely start going to the portage location but I will most certainly still bring her to Marion when I'm able to!
