★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quick, friendly and knowledgeable service. One of the best Pet Valu stores I've been too. Mind you, I've never had a bad experience at any Pet Valu. We go there regularly for cat food and treats for our cat & dog.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I give a 5 for the other employees but what I believe may have been The manager ( was an older lady) was extremely rude to my grandma.. my grandma is deaf and she relies on lip reading or writing things down and her mask wasn't properly on and yes I understand it's a pandemic but clearly she couldn't hear the worker was yelling at her to fix her mask and once I told her she was deaf the lady still continued to raise her voice at her... my grandma can't hear you and needs to read lips or have things Written down she acted like my grandma was ignoring her even though it should have been clear she couldn't hear her so this lady working needs to learn to properly deal with people with disabilities (should be a basic training practice at all work places) especially since the pandemic has made it harder for people that can't hear..very disappointed at how this lady handled things.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great store. Amazing staff, very knowledgeable and cares about my pets. Manager/owner is super friendly and a complete delight. Always greets regulars as friends. All the staff members are genuine animal fans. Do support them. They take donations of purchases in store of food and litter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pet wash is excellent. Recently, I took my boy Beavis to the pet wash. For $10 you receive 30 minutes with shampoo of choice. Towels and an apron are provided with a blow dryer to use after. My dog has never been to such a facility and actually enjoyed himself. Staff are excellent and check to make sure you have everything you need. You cannot use the pet bath if your dog has fleas or has been sprayed by a skunk for obvious reasons. We will be coming back.
