★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quick, professional service with friendly and outgoing staff. I accidentally overpaid (paid half on debit, half cash) and they called to let me know so that I could come back and get it. Most places and people these days would have just pocketed the money. That simple act of returning (my bill was $217, I paid $10 too much) my ten bucks means that I will use them for my home and auto glass needs for as long as I live here. For $10 (that didn't even come out of their pocket) they earned customer loyalty, and customer referrals, because as you can see, I'll be telling everyone about them and their business. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service, friendly people and great value! Our GM truck had some significant cracking from highway driving that we were going to get done in the spring, after the roads were cleaned. The recent cold snap caused those cracks to run everywhere. We were heading out of town to the US for a few days and I did not want to risk getting a ticket because of the windshield. I called High Country Glassworks to inquire if they might be able to get us in late the next day, when hubby got back from Edmonton. Shelley said “sure, bring it in and we’ll get it started”. We picked the truck up today, less than 24 hours later, all nice, clear, new shiny windshield, ready for our road trip tomorrow. The price was less than I had expected, which was a nice bonus. We have used this local business before for our vehicle glass needs and I’m very happy to say they have done really outstanding work every time. I am very pleased to highly recommend High Country Glassworks. We’ll be back I’m sure! ??

His care and attention to detail was impressive and the results are just fantastic. It was also great to get to know him a bit (and his lovely daughter). A straight up, honest, hard-working family man. We hope to use his services again.
