A	A M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the ladies and the service here. This is more of a note to request during covid that patrons wait outside for the office if it is full. It literally makes no sense to have four people check their mail and then proceed to cluster in the tiny heavy traffic area by both the office door and the outside door . You look pretty self serving and ignorant to me. Especially as I have been waiting outside where it is 12 degrees and sunny and you've stolen my spot in line from the inside. Way to go Turner Valley. The new office should provide some relief.
W	Warren Wooden on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would imagine that it's hard for a post office to earn a five star rating, but these ladies always work hard to make each interaction a pleasant one as well as an efficient one! In my dozens of visits to this post office over the last six years I have always been serviced with a smile, and have never had an issue (I might add that I usually get 10 to 15 parcels delivered here annually as well - gotta love Amazon) or problem. A+ all the way. (They also took time out of their busy schedule to give a tour to my daughter's kindergarten class on Friday) Thanks for all that you do for the people and businesses of Turner Valley, AB.
T	Trish'n'Troy Bateman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to be a great place with friendly staff. Now they have one who is an old crotchety lady. She grumbles if she has to give you change. She grumbles if you bring in more than one letter at a time. She is very unhelpful when trying to choose the best way to send a parcel. Yesterday, she made me go to the back door because I have a mask exemption. You know, just like the black people used to have to. The time she spent arguing with me, would have been much better spent just getting the package. She said covid is now airborne. If true, it would have made way more sense to just hurry and get the parcel instead of have me stand there for 10 minutes. Even the police officer that she called said she is just being rediculous. He said I'm so sorry we have people like that in our world. I will always make sure she's not around when I need something from now on. The other staff are delightful!
