D	Derek Sealock on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I are from Red Deer, and we were in Calgary for a Christmas Party. The weather got bad and we ended up staying the night. We had to park in the back alley of the hotel as our truck would not fit in the underground garage. On Sunday morning we checked out and were going to head home, but when we got to our truck the back passenger window was smashed out. we were stressed out and I didn't think in a million years a glass shop would be open on a Sunday. But to my surprise Boulevard Auto Glass was open so I called. He let me know that he wouldn't be able to do the repair but he could make it so we could drive home. So we headed over and he took the keys and pulled it in the shop. Next thing I know, we hear a shop vacuum running. About 25 minutes later he brought it to the front of the store (which was the nicest glass shop I've ever seen). After vacuuming up all the broken glass, and wrapping up the window I offer to pay for his time and services. Because I work in a dealership I was able to get the glass locally, and he still wouldn't take any money. The service that he gave in our time of need, means more to us than you know. We wish you all the best, and if anyone needs "ANY" auto glass replacement or repair you would be doing yourself a disservice, to not go check out Boulevard Auto Glass. It was Sunday and forecast was calling for minus 25 with wind. Most places were closed. One place said due to covid they didn't do chip repairs anymore. Called Boulevard. It was 1215 and they closed at 1pm. He was so nice and said if I could get there in 20 mins he would take me as the last customer! Friendly and efficient. I have to look pretty hard now to see the repair. Thank you so much for helping me on such short notice!
A	Amany Haddad on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have nothing but amazing things to say about Boulevard Auto Glass! Over the weekend, my car was broken into (terrible experience in itself, obviously). The ONLY place that was open on Sunday was Boulevard, and I am SO glad that they were! I called several places, and was finally answered by Brooklyn. She was so kind and helpful to me on the phone, especially considering how upset I was at the sight of shattered glass all over my car. Brooklyn offered to get me in the very next day for an appointment and even offered to crash wrap my window as the temperature got down to -25 that day/evening. The day of my appointment, I called to see if I could by chance get in an hour earlier than my scheduled appointment. Brooklyn answered again and told me that I could bring it in right away. The incredible guys had my window completed in less than an hour! All of the guys (didn't catch their names, but you're all amazing!) as well as Brooklyn were absolutely wonderful from top-to-bottom. Their waiting area is so clean and comfortable. The quote that was given to me on the phone was EXACTLY what I paid, no hidden fees or random add-ons. I am beyond pleased and grateful for the service I received from Boulevard Auto Glass, and I will most definitely be supporting this top-notch business in the future, as well as recommending them to friends and family. THANK YOU for taking such great care of your customers! It does not go unnoticed!

At first I was pleased until I noticed that when they put in my new windshield they were so rough with my car. They had actually cut the wires to my remote starter, put a huge gash in my dashboard and also tore up the inside interior by my windshield. When I expressed my concerns about this, they did fix my remote starter but did absolutely nothing about the damage they caused to my interior. I wish I had went somewhere else that is more of a mainstream business and paid the extra money for it. I will NEVER trust this business again and I’m honestly so surprised as to how they are “5 stars”.

The waiting room is very clean and staff were friendly and polite. We experienced fast, professional service from booking the appointment and into the actual appointment itself. They did outstanding work in making me aware and correcting the issues. I went back twice in March to get rock chips replaced thinking it would be 30/40 bucks per visit and they didn't charge me at all. Something I wasn't aware of. These folks have to be the most professional and though glass installs in Calgary and I would recommend all my family and friends to have their glass fixed too. PLUS THEY HAVE ARCADE GAMES WHILE YOU WAIT!!!

Very pleased the waiting room as well. Definitely will be back in the future and would highly recommend.
M	Minaoar Tanzil on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are really good! For a windshield replacement, they officially ask for 1.5 to 2 hours, and I got mine in less than 1.5 hours. Have an excellent quiet waiting room with PlayStations for kids, TV, free coffee, almost felt like an airport lounge.
