★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff here are unlike any other place I’ve lived!! Repairs are always done quickly and the neighbours are very friendly. Lived here for 20 years and never had a problem with pests or bugs fo any kind!! Not the best neighbourhood but great building if youre looking to live in the area!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Building upkeep slacks greatly. Very cold units in winter even with thermostat maxed. (Boiler issue? Or set just high enough not to freeze pipes/save money?) On mission to get friend/family out of building into something better upkept
