The salesperson was far from friendly when handing me the camera and got downright condescending and angry towards me when I argued I didn't need the extra coverage and accessories he suggested I should get. I regret that I didn't return the camera right on the spot. I later found scratch marks on the body's lens mount though I had only mounted one lens on it and had not switched it at all. I pretty much suspect they sold me an open-box or refurbished camera as a brand-new one. However it was past the return date when I saw the scratches and I didn't see a point trying to argue with them. My experience here has left me greatly disappointed and I will never go to this store again.
L	Linda Grant on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nikon Coolpix A900 Camera, purchased August 29, 2017. I wanted a point and shoot to take pictures of my first Grandson. First complaint was December 03, 2017, in regard to orange color in pictures, inconsistent flash. Various other complaints, visits to store, online tutorials etc over the next 3 years. Nothing works. Then the shutter button started to stick, and then when it finally did work, it took two pictures, the 2nd one being blurry. I put up with that until my DIL tried to use it and it did the same thing for her. Everyone thought it was me. The camera just wouldn't take the picture. Henry's explanation was "USER ERROR". It's a button for goodness sakes. A monkey could do it, IF IT WORKED. Continued to try to get help until January 2021 as I had a 3 year protection plan, which was not worth the paper it was written on. Found the manager very condesending when he spoke to me and also to my brother who picked the camera up after it was not repaired. I could say more but to sum it up, other than a few "hints", Henry's provided no customer service, and just washed their hands of me, and the camera they sold me. I would also say Nikon was in on it as well. Unpleasant experience and just bothers me when I paid so much for it. If you must shop there, don't buy the protection plans. They don't honour them.

I’ve never really had issue with this chain of camera stores, but the selection of lens to try sometimes isn’t exactly the best.

This store showed a good variety so I drove the 30 km there. They had none of the models shown on the site and almost no stock. I went next door to Visions, found just what I wanted and bought them.

Called a handful of similar businesses in the area beforehand, and while Henry’s is the most expensive the customer service is worth every penny. Friendly, approachable and helpful staff who actually look happy to be there! Shoutout to Hannah who took my photos. She was so awesome I was relaxed and don’t look like a serial killer in them!! Hahaha Absolutely choose Henry’s for your next passport photos!

Most importantly, discovered my needs in an instant and was completely honest. A true professional, if there were 10 stars he would have them.
