I bought a pair of glasses from Henri's Optical. The owner used the prescription from a machine output (in which you see a picture of house). I did not try the new prescription before he made my lens as he did not have the proper equipment to double-check my prescription and astigmatism. As a result, when the new glasses came, I found I have problems in focusing. Like I needed to blink a few times to focus and the prescription for my right eye was too high. He kept saying it was MY EYES' PROBLEM. I have been wearing glasses for 10 years and never had such problem with any single pair of glasses I got in the past. He did not even have a proper eye chart when he was setting my prescription for the new glasses. But that's not the main issue. The legs of the frame were broken in less than one week. He said it was my fault as I pulled my glasses out with one hand instead of two hands. Ok, I took the fall. THEN I PAID FOR A NEW FRAME. The new frame were broken in less one week again. This time I was very careful of how I took my glasses off. I went back and he kindly agreed to replace a new frame for me at his costs. Again, the new one was broken down in less one week. I SWEAR TO GOD THAT I TOOK IT PROPERLY EVERY TIME. This time I was asking for a refund. But this time, he won't give me a refund or a new frame/lens. He kept saying it was my fault. Why do I have to break the glasses and going back to the store again and again? What can I get by wasting MY time and money? It costed me close to 500 dollars and I got a pair of glasses with incorrect prescription and broken frame. Moreover, I bought the 1 Day Acuvue Moist for Astigmatism 30 Pack (3 boxes) from him twice without realizing that his price costs 40 to 70 dollars more than any other place that I can find. Think before you would like to purchase ANYTHING from him!!!!!!!

The owner (Henri) who works there had cut corners when my teenaged son went to pick up my prescription sunglasses. Henri was okay when I went there to the store. I bought a pair of PRADA sunglasses and since I often travel for work, I had my son pick up the sunglasses for me. My son came home with my sunglasses in some cheap no-name eyeglass case (not the standard Prada case that I had paid for and that comes with every single pair of Prada sunglasses) and my son informed me that Henri was rude to him. It is unacceptable. I will certainly not come back to this store again and would not recommend it.

Henri has always treated me the best. I have had quite a few pairs of glasses from him over the years that I never cease to get compliments about. Very reasonable prices.

MASSIVE FAIL! FUNNY STORY! Don't come here to spend your money...I've got quite the story to tell. I just left his optical store and I know that I will never go there again. I was browsing for a new pair of glasses to wear, and Henri was helping me decide between styles. After showing me some styles that I wasn't really interested in, I started to browse on my own. He started to become very snarky and condescending (probably sensing that I may not purchase anything, even though I had a couple of styles in mind), and then stated that my current Ray-Ban glasses were fake. Lmfao. I began to ask him to explain why they were fake, but he would not give me a proper answer or detail to me why he believed they were fake. In the funniest irony imaginable, he asked me where I got them. My response? "You don't remember, Henri?". In fact, I had bought my current Ray-Ban glasses from HENRI'S OPTICAL about 3 years ago. Epic fail. So not only does he give absolute garbage customer service, but he was dumb enough to tell me my glasses were fake WHEN HE SOLD THEM TO ME 3 YEARS AGO. Needless to say, I left the store. And I'm not coming back. To be honest, I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone. Go support a better local optician, one that actually cares about their customers. DO NOT SHOP HERE, ignore the fake reviews beneath me.

As a stranger to Henri/first time customer, he was incredibly helpful in supplying me with contact lenses. I am especially grateful because it was under emergency circumstances for work. Henri was very friendly and went above and beyond to help me out.

Would not recommend Henri's. The quality of his glasses are not good. He will cut corners and he will try to even pass off a no-name case you paid full price for a designer brand of glasses. He's not an honest business person

Those are beautiful glasses! Worth the price.I have been an old customer, and Henri’s optical is the best! It is cheaper than those in the shopping mall. I think this store is worth recommending. Many of us are starting to think about how best to protect our eyes from the artificial blue high-energy visible (HEV) light that is emitted from not only our devices but also television screens, computers, and artificial (i.e. fluorescent) lighting. Digital protection lenses, such as BlueReflect Lens, helps reduce exposure to Harmful Blue Light emitted from digital devices. Blue light is part of the visible light spectrum and is emitted by the sun and artificial light sources such as LEDs, computers, and smart phones. Some types of blue light can be beneficial and help regulate our bodies’ internal biological clocks. However, blue-violet light, or Harmful Blue Light, can have a negative impact on the eyes, specifically the retina. Along with age, genetics, diet, lifestyle, and occupation, this type of blue light is a risk factor for the onset of age-related macular degeneration, a deterioration of the part of the retina responsible for sharp, central vision. The problem with artificial light is that most of us are now continuously looking at our digital technologies. Computers, phones, games, and tablets all require that we look at high-energy visible artificial blue light. Fluorescent lighting and UV rays also contain blue light, which adds to eye damage and strain. This can potentially cause headaches, dry eyes, blurred vision and eye strain. BlueReflect lenses offer a protective shield that reduces glare and blue light from digital screens and artificial lights that can lead to digital eye strain. The above are an introduction of bile reflect lenses that I found on a website. The blue reflect lenses that I got from this store is good quality! I am experienced! So,I know.

Henri patiently helped me pick my glasses frame even though it took me forever to decide on a frame (I’m very picky). He gave me huge discounts on my frame and lenses, glasses-care freebies, and my glasses came after a week as promised (I’ve been wearing glasses since I was 4, and it’s always taken weeks/months longer at all the other optometrists).
