A	Ann Campbell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found the service very unhelpful and very rude. I brought back a pair of Birkenstock sandals today, which I received for my birthday 3 days ago. I drove in specially from Westshore having been assured that the store would exchange them if there was a problem. I wore them in the house for less than one day and found that the thong, between my toes, hurt. I had the gift receipt and was quite prepared to buy a different Birkenstock with the returned sandals as part payment. The sales clerk pointed out that the writing inside one of the sandals was very slightly worn. Notwithstanding, we discussed what I might like instead. Then she changed her mind and said that they couldn’t be sold and therefore she would not exchange them. There was no offer of a discount on different sandals. Why the size number inside one sandal was scuffed, I do not know. It was also barely visible. It should not have happened with less than one day indoor try out. I suggested that it could have happened in the store with other people trying them on. I got the distinct impression she did not believe that I had only tried them out in the house. She abruptly said that she wouldn’t be bullied into exchanging them, turned her back and walked away. I have never been treated so rudely anywhere. I certainly will never bring my business back to this store and I will also advise my friends to give this store a wide berth.

This store is a family home and their only interest is finding you a quality pair of shoes no upselling just wholesome good advice. Staff were so kind in helping me but not pushy and they offer services for upkeeping your shoes. The difference between this store and some shoe outlet is real, see for yourself.

And hook me up they did. Took longer then amazon but I wanted to support a local shop, the friendly and helpful staff (and owner maybe the second time I poped in) were all great and keen on the products they sell which entirely justifies the wait for me (and don't get me wrong they have a great selection I'm just very very particular once I've decided on something). Will for sure shop here again.

The fellow (I suspect owner or manager) stood on his head and tore the store apart finding these shoes. Got a good fit and outstanding service. He gave me some good advice on the care of the shoes and did not push any added treatments (as many stores do.) As I am hard to fit, he also showed me many fine products I might like to try in the future. Hats off to you sir, you put on a clinic on how a small business should be run, I will definitely be back.

Was served by a wonderful woman from Chile who really knows her product. Expert at fitting you with the right pair. She packed up my shoes in the box and gave me a pair of scissors with which to cut the tag off the birkenstocks so that I could cycle home with the birks on my feet.

They also have a wide variety of comfortable shoes for women. Super helpful and friendly staff they're always there to help and guide you with your purchase or questions all were very knowledgeable about the products available.
