Unfortunately, the batteries used for my hearing aid is not very good at performance, was told repeatedly that they are probable a bad batch . I was told that the manufacturer was working on developing better batteries, but so far no luck. Too much interference with background noises, which is unfortunate. I am frustrated and so disappointed with this problem and therefore have stopped using my hearing aid. I paid too much money to have them in the first place, and cannot afford to purchase another hearing aid. I wish this was not so. I really need a hearing aid. Contact me if you have a remedy or some advice for me. Thanks. Ann Marie.

It took me a long time to decide to finally get the hearing aids, they are an expensive investment, but so far I have no problems using them; the staff on Belmont, Kitchener are outstanding and very helpful, I have nothing but praise for the way everything was handled, it was a new experience for me and ListenUp is the best in service and care, of course in the past I had a number of free tests made elsewhere but those people were pushy and wanted immediate commitment, I have one regret, not getting those hearing aid sooner, my personnel communication with people has improved and I did not know how much joy I missed;

I had a great experience. Fitore Bala was great she did everything I asked including an alternate hearing system. She let me take them for comparison. She was helpful and accommodating at ever turn.I am very satisfied with the service provided by Listen Up Canada.

All they want is your money... overpriced hearing aids, go somewhere else. I asked them if they could repair my 7 year old hearing aid (which I paid almost $2000 just for 1 not a pair) that just quit working today or intermittently working today, which I bought from them. Without even looking at my hearing aid, the receptionist and the lady that works inside the laboratory, I guess, said right away that they can not fix it because it is old and suggested without looking at the problem of my hearing aid, to replaced it with new one. This just happen today November 7, 2016 at around 1:30 pm . I am writing this review today, 3:09 pm. So I went to another hearing aid office, not listen up of course, (I will never go near any of Listen Up office again for my next pair of hearing aid) and all the receptionist of that office did was to vacuum my hearing aid and it works great again. And it was free!!! Avoid Listen UP at all cost. I gave one star as a rating because this will allow me to post my review otherwise I will give them lower than -1. I also read a review from this Listen Up location about batteries. I bought batteries there before as their warranty for free batteries has expired. Most of the batteries that they sold me are DUD!!! and if it work, only for a few days. So do not waste your money with Listen UP as they don't really listen to customer.

The staff at Listen Up were very helpful didn't have to wait long to see the audiologist. Daniele gave me suggestions and showed me what the best option was for my hearing. The staff is very thorough and know their stuff. I am happy with the service that I received.

Fitore is quite knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. I appreciated being able to test drive a wonderful pair of hearing aids without an obligation to buy, The COVID protocols are pretty strict which is understandable as they share space with a doctor’s office and they have immune compromised patients.

What an amazing place. They have bent over backwards to help my elderly father adapt to loosing his hearing. From Tara at the front desk to the rest of the staff they have been so professional and patient and caring. During these COVID times they have worked hard to fine products to support my dad when there have been limitations. They have been the best experience we have had as we worked with different places in town also. Big shout out to everyone.
