Clarity Hearing

I have received first class service from Ana at Clarity Hearing. She has fitted me with the latest in bluetooth-enabled hearing aids - a great improvement on my previous 5-year old ones. She was able to offer them at a very good price. She continues to provide regular check ups, maintenance, advice and assistance. I am entirely satisfied with the hearing aids and the service provided at Clarity. I recommend Clarity Hearing without reservation.

Absolutely first class service throughout. It took me close to a year after accepting that my hearing loss was sufficient to think about wearing hearing aids and to try different types and different fittings before I made my final purchase decision with Clarity this month. Ana Brezo is just such a naturally gifted professional to work with. Great advice, patient, friendly, actively listening and, in the end, she made the difference.

I have suffered from hearing loss since I was born. Like many others, I learned to accommodate myself by reading lips, positioning myself closer, years of speech therapy and several surgeries. After a routine check up, my doctor suggested that I consider hearing aids. I was skeptical to say the least! I avoided them for years because I remember the older styles that squeeled and needed constant battery changes as well as being so big that long hair was the only way to hide them. That all changed when I sat down with Ana. She went through every different kind of hearing aid and pointed out the differences between them and explained the technology and pros and cons. She did this without any pressure on purchasing a pair or the most expensive pair. Ana gave me a pair to try based on my level of hearing loss. She told me to try them out for a couple of weeks. I was shown how to put them in, how to charge them (rechargeable woohoo)and care for them. My trial was longer than 2 weeks as the holidays were mixed in the middle. The setting was set to the most advanced and with all the bells and whistles. (also the most expensive) I spent 3.5 weeks hearing things I couldn't hear before but also thinking about the cost. I was afraid that if I downgraded, I would lose out on what I was now enjoying. That wasn't the case! When my trial pair were analyzed, it turned out that the noise levels in the environments I spent most of my time in were nowhere near what I thought. I was provided factual information to make an informed decision on what was best for me instead of high pressure sales tactics to purchase the most expensive pair. I didn't actually need the most expensive pair or anything even close to it. She then adjusted my loaner pair to the same setting as the ones I ordered to try out while I waited a week for them to arrive. When I picked them up which was sooner than expected, Ana spent time with me going over everything I could possibly need to know including setting up the app on my phone. I was so impressed that I brought my father-in-law in to see her as he was also doing a trial with another company. He had been back and forth several times with frustration over the pair he had and that nobody seemed to be able to adjust them adequately. He was fitted for a trial pair by Ana and was amazed by all of the different options and information he was provided. 1 week later, he returned the original pair to the other company. That pair would have cost him the same amount of money but without near as many options or nowhere near the quality. He has said numerous times that he’s so glad he went to see Ana at Clarity Hearing instead of going back over and over to the other company. From start to finish, the service, knowledge, prices, and follow up is second to none!

i was about to give up on hearing aids about 4 years ago. i was so frustrated that my hearing aids were not aids at all. They were impediments! After numerous attempts i could never get a pair that improved my hearing..UNTIL I MET Ana, the young lady professional who runs this Clarity Hearing office. Ana was amazing! She pointed out all the options available and there was never any pressure to buy anything. She gave the impression she really wanted to help me solve my hearing problem...which she did. In the subsequent years she has always been there when I needed an adjustment or a repair. Ana is a very polite, empathetic and helpful person. She returns emails or phone calls promptly - a rarity in this world. I cannot say enough good things about Ana and the service and products she provides. If you are trying to decide where to get good advice and purchase a pair of hearing aids, look no further. I have found it for you!!
