★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were happy with Grand River Hearing until they started to have a high turnover of staff. The new people who do the testing seem very young & inexperienced. If we are going to pay for a test, we want experience! We are going elsewhere where the test at least is free.

First helping me get a proper diagnosis to discover the amount of damage I’d sustained then working with my insurance company to get me into the best hearing aid I could get. I would highly recommend this clinic to anybody in K-W.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due to my age related hearing loss, I've worn hearing aids for years and always struggled. The staff here are not only patient, knowledgeable and competent but they are friendly and eager to help. I've never had such great patient care and they go the extra mile. Also, the hearing classes they offer at night have been outstanding!! Would recommend this clinic to anyone young or old.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was always reluctant to admit I had trouble with my hearing. After meeting with Renee and doing a very thorough check she helped me apply to WSIB and get coverage for my hearing aids. She made it very easy to understand and walked me through each step. My family is thrilled with the results and I'm finally participating in family conversations now. Also, it's so nice to call their clinic and get someone friendly on the other end of the phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I very seldom write reviews, but feel compelled to do so when experiencing exceptional service. Recently took my 88 years old mother here for a hearing test. The tester, Maya, was truly outstanding. Extremely knowledgeable on the intricacies of hearing loss. Very good mannerisms with elderly. Very careful and thorough professional testing. Very clear explanations, and willingness to go beyond the call of duty when answering my many intricate questions, even as my questions went well beyond closing time. Some very useful follow-up advice, and no hard sell when it came to promoting/pushing products. Outstanding professional service!
