★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my mom here at the suggestion of her doctor for help with buzzing in her ears. The office is tiny and dirty, and the staff is just a sales team. My mom was really disappointed that with the small fortune she paid they did not listen to her - only wanted to sell to her and did not like no for an answer. She will not be returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my hearing tested at the Grand River Hearing Center recently and I was so impressed at the level of professionalism they showed me. They listened to my questions, were patient and made me feel very comfortable. Even though I needed hearing aids, I wasn’t ready and they encouraged me to wait until I was. I would highly recommend this hearing centre to my friends and family.

I was very nervous about the prospect of getting hearing aids, but they made everything very painless. They worked with me for several months before I settled on a pair that was right for me, and they've been super responsive and accommodating for any questions or concerns I had throughout the process. I would definitely recommend them if you're looking for audiologists in the area.
