I used to wear a pair of not properly working hearing aids, he explained every details to me clearly and suggested me a new pair of hearing aids which are perfect! I visited him many times to fine tune them and he is patient and helpful everytime! I really appreciate his help!

I needed assistance with a small but truly important matter with my ears and upon meeting Justin I immediately felt at ease. He took the time with an abundance of patience and empathy to walk me through with my issue. What an unexpected surprise!!!!! So warm and welcoming and it’s very obvious Justin is committed to his profession and helping those with hearing problems. I highly recommend Justin to everyone!!!! Btw problem solved!!!!!

Justin is great at putting you at ease, and giving you the best service available. After the purchase the follow up maintenance and ear cleaning has been great. You can purchase hearing aids anywhere but you will not get better service elsewhere.

I contacted Trust Hearing, asking if they could help us check his device, and Justin replied right away, suggesting a time to see him. Justin made a complete check-up of my father's hearing. He checked his hearing aid, ran a complete hearing test and checked both ears inside. He ended up finding a severe situation and, he was surprised that my father was using only one hearing aid. As per the results of his testing, he should use it on both sides. Justin gave us a complete explanation of all the scenarios and options to handle my father's case. Accordingly to the tests, Justin tunned a hearing aid so my father could test how his hearing could improve using the correct and adjusted device. My father was amazed by the results! He started to hear and understand much better! Long story short, my father bought a new pair of devices from Justin's clinic and travelled back to Brazil very happy, experiencing a new quality of life. We had a wonderful experience with Justin. He is an excellent professional! He did not rush in any of the appointments that we had, and we felt, since the beginning, that he was truly committed to helping and offering the best to my father. I strongly recommend Trust Hearing clinic and wish Justin all the best!
