R	Rav C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are terribly rude. All of them. They put everyone on hold and leave them on hold or they don't pick up the phone. There is never a walk in doctor available. If there is its usually gets filled up within the first hour or 2 of the day. I went in around 11am and was lucky to get an appointment for just before 430pm. Their hours are wrong and always changing that they never update them. The staff is terribly rude. Not sure why. I sincerely hope these women are not future doctors or nurses. The doctors on call are quick to get you in and out. Don't feel like you have a chance to tell them everything because you feel rushed. This use to be called cambie medical but its the same on the inside. Poor service and arrogant receptionists.

She is like an angel to me. All of the Doctors I have met are professional and they see the patients as people. They all do their best for us. I won't go anywhere else. Thank you Cambie Healthvue for your 100% unbelievable Haven for us.
M	Mark Reid on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While the cloudMD service seemed good, the doctor didn’t know if there’s be a charge for a medical note…which is something they’d ought to know. The $45 charge was explained as a “BC standard” which doesn’t explain what costs might be incurred to justify more than double what my regular GP’s office charges. Additionally, their endless loop phone system and limited phone hours aren’t helpful for those seeking assistance. It’s always unfortunate when quality healthcare is undermined by this kind of administrative experience.

Will try again because this has been a waste of time. Edit: Booked in another online appointment, waited for the phone call, never got it. Called the clinic was put on hold then hang up on. Waste of time all around. would avoid this horrible, time wasting clinic.

I have been calling the clinic for over a week now, at various times of their work day and do not get an answer. The phone rings and rings and rings, one time it rang for 2 minutes with no answer or recording. I would hate to be an actual patient of this clinic!

Sometimes you have to wait long, but that is part of the package with every clinic I have ever been in Vancouver. Really convenient location and easy access with free parking and no stairs. Thanks for your ongoing service, and keep up the good work!

Called to make an appointment and was told they deleted my file after 2 years with no visits, and weren't taking 'new' patients. I had no idea they could dump patients without even alerting them?
M	M C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HealthVue Medical Clinics has moved from a health centric mode to a profit cerntric model over the past few years. Have had two family doctors retire in the past couple of years no doubt due to frustration with the current system. Access to the current family doctor in a timely manner is frustratingly difficult given the hours of operation. Phone consults have twice been rescheduled by them for late afternoon but the doctor does not phone.
