โ โ โ โ โ It's a decent little plaza at the intersection of Steveston Highway and No.1 Road. A few shops, a pokey restaurant and a Dairy Queen.

โ โ โ โ โ Pretty good place for every day shopping till midnight......but please those are driving around kindly take extra care of pedestrians watch out entering and taking out your cars from parking area.... because seems you always forget people are around you......thanks

โ โ โ โ โ When the parking is full, you are left with 30 minute spots. Other than that, lots of convenient places for us to go to. Our favourite is Shoppers.

โ โ โ โ โ Decent number of stores in the plaza. Everything from grocery, quick bites and dine options available in the plaza and within a 3 minute walk. Ample parking available which is good.

โ โ โ โ โ Several small restaurants and one big Chinese restaurant here. I shop at Shoppers Drug Mart all the time. Royal Bank branch is also essential to me. That being the closest shopping centre near my parents house, it's easily accessible from Cambie Rd. Ample parking spaces.

โ โ โ โ โ Great place assorted restaurants, both local businesses and chain franchise. Favourite stop for local curry and sushi, occasionally Chinese dining. Due to local food popularity, parking time limit more restricted compared to other plaza malls.
