J	J Limhanchiong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was an incident this morning, October 21, 2021 at Shoppers Cambie and no. 5 rd, Richmond involving a senior male customer and an east Indian lady in the milk/egg area. The male customer was checking if there are broken eggs in the tray before he buys it and here comes this East Indian lady trying to get milk from the shelves and told the male customer that : " he is in the middle and she can't pass by". She was so rude and in a harsh tone telling him to move away even it's not her turn yet. Observation: 1- The male customer was not in the middle and in fact was in the side. The lady should have waited in line for her turn to get milk and stay 6 ft apart from the male customer but instead she just budged in. 2- I later found out that she was an employee of Shoppers. Her name is "HARP" and is assigned in the cosmetic but today was her day off. This is a very bad example much more of an employee of Shoppers who should give good example to customers. Hope the management would discipline her unexplainable/unacceptable attitude so this won't happen again. This might go viral because several customers witness the incident. Thank you for taking this situation seriously.

I had to go 2 days without it and the pharmacist refused KNOWING I would suffer mentally and physically. I was lethargic, nauseous and mentally exhausted by missing just the first dose. The pharmacists ego was more important and showing me that he had the " right to refuse " my emergency supply was even more important to him . There is no history of abuse on my pharmanet but he said he " didn't know the full story" . DONT BE A HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONAL IF YOU HAVE NO COMPASSION.You are a disgrace to health care workers , especially during a global pandemic when mental health is at its worse. I cried on the phone to the Walmart pharmacy and they quickly and without any hesitation were ready to give me a 3 day supply. I will never shop at shoppers "drug" mart again and that pharmacists lack of compassion and disgusting attitude on Christmas day will forever stick with me. He should be fired.

When I got home and opened the package... surprise There were no handle bars inside. So I got on the phone and the manager told me I could either contact the manufacturer or return the scooter. The next day, after attempting to contact the manufacturer, I decided to return the product. When I tried to return the scooter, I was told initially that they could not take the item back because "the box had been opened". The floor supervisor came over and eventually said that they could take the scooter back, but they were very rude throughout the whole process. :(
C	Conrad Dickinson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aside from a hiccup trying to transfer from my old pharmacy to this one, I’ve had fairly positive experiences with the pharmacy & pharmaceutical staff here. This location can get very busy very suddenly because so many people live in the area. So keep that in mind if you show up and there’s a line! (I’ve seen it happen so many times haha) I live a short walk away so it’s also my go to for last minute items as well. Though the fresh produce is very expensive, so I don’t buy that unless I have to. B there’s a supermarket just next door I’d prefer to go to for that.
J	Joanisaninja on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went into the store with my mom the other night only to be followed and profiled for the first time by the security just because I was wearing my work clothes which was a black outfit but with a bright blue face mask and carried my wallet? My mom was wearing bright clothes BTW! I decided to just buy 2 items and I made it clear to him that I was holding 2 big bottles of body wash and body lotion.. because it was very uncomfortable for me to browse when i'm aware that security is either behind me or following me? He even followed me to the perfume section and made it super obvious that he was following and stared right at me to the point that my mom also asked why is the security following me?!?

The sales ladies are always welcoming and helpful, and they’re not shy with samples at the end of your purchase. They also have a bigger selection of beauty products compared to the other Shoppers in Richmond. I’ve had bad experiences at other Shoppers, but never this one!
