We had a problem figuring out which continence product would be best for my elderly mother and Caressa dealt with all the details, ( return of unopened product, knowledge about what would work best, ordering a product out of stock, and more ..all of which took a certain amount of time and patience on her part to deal with a confusing, maybe even a frustrating situation with much grace and professionalism. Thank you very much Caressa!

She asked many questions and found just the right chair for him. I went on to ask about other products and found so many little treasures throughout the store. I strongly recommend this place and if you run into her there, ask for her help as she is knowledgeable and kind. Well done

The staff at the customer service counter are very efficient as there are many people wanting to get the service done too. We decided to wait in store and as we were walking around we were approached by many staff members asking if we needed help. The walker we had was assigned to us by an occupational therapist from Alberta Health services. I didn’t realize that she had measured my dad wrong and as a result had given us the wrong sized walker. I called my occupational therapist and she said there’s nothing they can do but then said that she would try calling the store that I was at to see if something could be done. About 20 minutes later I was told that I could exchange the walker for a brand new one because of the error and the staff at the store again were super helpful and I was in and out within 10 minutes.

This really seemed like a rip off, given that I eventually bought an air cast at half the cost elsewhere. Definitely shop around before choosing Healthcare Solutions! Although they're highly recommended in the area, there are definitely other, better options out there.

Chantal helped me find one that fits my body, made sure I knew how to use it safely, and was incredibly compassionate with my struggles. Highly recommend Chantal at this location!
