I am a person who has a number of underlying health conditions and I truly believe that your health care provider plays an integral role in your overall well-being. I have been a patient in a number of hospitals, doctors offices and specialists and I have never ever ever left an appointment feeling as uncomfortable and uncared for as I did when ending my appointment at “health for all” in Markham. Quality of care is a serious issue in this establishment, and I would urge anyone to do their due diligence in terms of researching the establishment and it’s doctors before choosing to be a patient here.
B	Bill Mooney on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love my doctor and the nurses at this clinic. The telephone service is the pits - getting someone to answer the phone in order to make an appointment is a really trying experience. They must be chronically understaffed in reception.

Please receive call or provide email address so that we can make appointment by email. Don't waste our valuable time. I don't have question about my family doctor ( very good doctor)
C	Carmen Beck on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a terrible medical clinic that I have ever encountered. Very lack of care with patient down from Doctor to the front desk support workers. I had voiced out some medical concern with Dr. Gina Yip in the past who just brushed off my questions or concerns. Her demeanor made me feel insignificant as a patient. In terms of health care support, there is none. Neither no one answer call or voicemail turnaround time was months. The receptionist answered call had the same rush culture. I asked to retrieve my personal medical record for transfer who asked me to fax but no other option like email or else. Who on earth use fax in last 15-20 years. DO NOT recommend this clinic if you do care for your own health.

The issue is that the availability of the doctors is becoming more limited, and I can be okay with that too but the customer service is not very great. I was running late for my appointment due to car trouble and I had called but was on hold for almost 40 mins, by then, I reached there and they did not have time to see me. On the other hand, there are days where I’ve waited like an hour over my appointment time. Being a working professional, I think it’s important to have a line where I can communicate, but having no email, no website to communicate if we are being late and the phone lines being so backed up, it’s impossible to get through unless you want to hold like 30 mins. Good luck! I’m only sticking to here because I love my doctor and her assistant, and they are wonderful!

Both times I was waiting around 45 minutes for someone to pick up phone and no luck. Today against since 2:05 pm I've been calling and waiting its 3:00 now and again I couldn't speak to anyone to book my appointment to me and my 3 year old. I'm surprised that this place dosent have an office manager, and if they do its time to hire a new one. What kind of doctor office dosent pick up their phone???? One that dosent care about its patients obviously. This is not the first or second or third time that o tried to book an appointment and couldn't reach anyone.

It is common to wait 20-30 minutes before you can get a hold of someone. This has been an issue for months not weeks. I'm close to leaving the clinic and I like the doctors, nurses and staff. But I can't wait 30 minutes everytime I call just to get an appointment. It's beyond ridiculous.

I tried it the other day, and it’s easy to use - saved me a tonne of time as well. Glad they moved to this system! All of the doctors, residents, and nurses I have seen are professional, courteous, and empathetic.
