PLEEEASE DO NOT WASTE your time with this clinic. Getting the staff to answer your calls and emails is a miracle! That’s if they ever do!!! They stress you more than you already are. I recommend new life clinic or any other clinic is definitely better than this one. Even the wait for an appointment is over 1+! Very unprofessional Id give 0 stars if i can

Heard this is a great clinic and I’m sure they have great stats on getting women pregnant. However, there were many, many cons that made me break (and I was very very patient, giving them the benefit of the doubt as I was looking for a positive outcome): - extremely hard to get in contact with someone via phone or email especially when you’re most vulnerable - discrepancies between what the nurse had told me and what the online portal told me to do and couldn’t get a hold of someone to clarify. Also asking me to come in without booking an appt which led to a long wait and back and forth when I went in - left waiting 20-30+ min to see someone only to overhear that person say they didn’t know I was waiting for them (I visited the secretary twice). Two of these times I had to wait with a full bladder which is incredibly difficult. You’re also being charged $4 every 30 min so sometimes you leave paying $12-16 and when you go daily in a week it adds up - they forgot to send me the link for a virtual appt and I couldn’t get a hold of anyone to help for an hour. Thankfully doctor called wondering why I wasn’t online - I had been to another clinic before and had success (it’s closed now) and there was a sense of family and people hopeful for you. Here I felt like a number like it was just a business deal and was told I’m 38 and it’s not going to get easier a few times - they are great through their Instagram posts but I never felt that connection in person the few times you actually get to see the doc - disorganized area to get blood drawn as you just look around and guess when it’s your turn next. I understand there’s waiting involved but such a big clinic should be more organized and let the patients know what’s going on I understand thousands of women have had luck here and I’m so happy for them. I really had high hopes here and still believe it’s a good clinic, although not the place for me. I felt it was important to put in my input and I’ve noticed many women have felt the same. I was hesitant to try this clinic after all it was a doc referral so I thought I should just try it. It took a while for me to get a hold of them, there was a lot of phone tag back and forth. Eventually it became emailing just to set up a consultation appointment. I was told to complete a five forms before I can even set up a consultation appointment, at which point I thought it was strange and unheard of but I guess the doctor’s time was more precious than most of our average pleasant people’s time. Not to mention the forms are long-winded and intrusive. I can’t imagine what is it like to actually go through the whole process. After reading other people’s reviews learning that they also charge for consultation. I am gland I choose to not completing these forms. I don’t think I would want to use the referral after all.

Let me start off by saying that I am one of the most patient people anyone could meet....Unfortunately this fertility clinic is a real disappointment and has played on my nerves one too many times. Just as all the other poor reviews state, I agree with all of them. The staff is poor with any type of communication whether it be by email or telephone, super unprofessional. Nobody EVER answers the telephone, nor responds to emails promptly. Considering the fertility journey is very time sensitive and sometime as women we need detailed instructions, you better make sure you have notes written down to ask any nurse or doctor IF you actually have a chance to see one...because if you don't, good luck, you are left in the dust to figure it out on your own. The Physicians are only nice if they are trying to sell you something, they could care less about your journey!

WORST ultrasound experience I've ever had, avoid at all costs. I had to wait an additional 35 minutes with a FULL bladder waiting for my ultrasound. It would have been nice if the receptionist gave a heads up when I checked in that my appointment would be so delayed. The receptionists are rude and unprofessional, also they both take their one hour lunch at the same time, so there is no one available at that time. Never returning here again!! You would think these people working at a Fertility clinic dealing with pregnant patients would be nicer and more accommodating, NOPE. Also the ultrasound tech put so much pressure when she was doing the ultrasound, I had pain and bruising on my abdomen afterwards.

I've had a great experience here and now have a baby in my arms. So Dona few other people I know. The team is a bit hard to get in touch with but the doctors, nurses and embryologists are amazing. I would recommend the clinic to anyone going through infertility issues. I've only given one less star because it's so hard to get a hold of anyone via phone and the responses to emails take a long time.
