★ ★ ★ ★ ★ complex has few different buildings, some are rentals some are privately owned. Renting in the privately owned units offers tenants good sized apartments in concrete buildings with elevators, close to c-train and schools, tennis courts, plus the biggest bonus is the summer pool!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ don't ever rent from these lying pieces of trash. They ended up over charging me for my last months rent even though I left almost 2 weeks early and made an arrangement with the manager and they also gave me my damage deposit back then claimed they falsely gave it back to me and charged it to collections without contacting me at all.
Absolute scam artists. The places are pieces of trash that fall apart and none of the appliances work. STAY AWAY

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The building is nice except the new lady in the office is so demeaning. Just the way she looks and talks to you plus there are cheaper places close by. I'm paying $1100 for 2br and it's definitely not worth it. The good thing is the maintenance guys are quick to respond if there's an issue. Will not be renewing my lease!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall a solid experience - moving out now for a larger home with spouse, but would have been happy to stay. Suites are spacious (our renovated unit in Building D was quite nice). Washing machines are front loading and work quite well. Management was able to respond well to any concerns or repairs needed. My favourite part was all of the greenspace - it did help it feel that you were stepping out of the busier city when coming home. Overall would recommend to others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Maintenance people are really excellent . Dave came in and repair my screen and also fixed my door which did not mention,, the management people who work here are always great to go to also . i give this place a 5 star rating

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to urge all tenants here to be patient with the team at Haysfarm run by Avenue Living. They have had to endure a big transition taking over this four building complex and now that they are settled they are dealing with the pressures of the pandemic and everything that comes with it. I have personally spoken with Michael and Dale with a few circumstances that came up and they helped me a lot. In the end I was very pleased with their diligence and care. Thanks for being a great management team in such a tough time! Take care to all.
