β β β β β Very Nice building, beautiful amenities and Superb staff ? from the Leasing agents to the Resident experience managers, the concierge, the security and the cleaning staff, everybody is helpful, friendly and professional.
Tom the leasing agent whom we dealt with was exceptional?, made everything clear and easy.
Weβre happy we made this choice.

β β β β β Great amenities, views, and location..also friendly staff. Few downsides are people not treating the place with respect and restrictions come into place... the top floor used to be available 24 hours. Also no black out curtains on windows.

β β β β β Itβs a nice building, unfortunately it doesnβt have water filtering system, the water is as hard as it gets here in Calgary, and its not possible to install filters on the fixtures, itβs a nightmare.
This the main reason we wonβt be able to renew our contract, otherwise itβs a lovely building and great staff.

β β β β β Awesome building! Lived here for 3 months and so far so good.
1. Amenities canβt be beat. Huge 2 Floor gym with studio, pool tables, 35th floor sky bar/lounge, ping pong, foosballβ¦ golf simulator. Outdoor basketball court and pool as well being built in the spring. Free coffee on 2nd floor. Everything is 24 hour as well. Library/co-working on the second floor.
2. Reasonable rental costs and competitive with any other rental building out there. Lots of move in promoβs for 1 month free as well. Cost for underground parking is $150, fairly standard for YYC. Couple caveats is you pay for water and electricity - which turns out to be around 50-100 a month depending on your usage.
3. Walkable to lots of great neighborhoods within 10 minutes. Get a north west facing unit for city/sunset views. So far best condo Iβve lived in the city and in Canada!
