So much so that I upped the budget a bit and splurged on a speaker upgrade. Not only do they know their stuff but genuinely nice people. Best part of the purchase experience was the chatting about and listening to music.

Harry said it was a “Porsche found in a farmer’s bush”, but between him and Jacques from Oracle Audio, with blood sweat and some colourful language they restored it to the masterpiece it is. Harry and Pat are wonderful. I can never thank them enough. If I could give them more stars I would :-)

(It had been skipping while playing songs, causing squeeking, ringing, etc.) Someone mentioned coming here and we are so glad we did! He changed out the cartridge immediately with a high quality one that was reasonably priced! He even tried out the new cartridge, and tuned up our turntable free of charge! I would recommend this place to anyone who has a turntable, new or old! Will definitely be back, thanks again Harry!

Harry was quick to go to action and find the source of my problem. Due to the global dumpster fire, I was told my part was a month away, unfortunately. Less than a week later, Harry called and said he got the part in I needed. Impressive. Not only was the service fantastic, but we had a deep conversation about music, equipment, and everything between. This was a great experience and I am happy to walk through those doors for years to come. The amount of information he knows about this stuff is mind blowing - and he isnt afraid to share and educate! Thank you!

They were very informative and having the table set up perfectly right from the box and not having to worry about aligning the cartridge myself or anything was a real treat. When I asked if there was a warranty I needed to buy I was told I could bring it back anytime, for any reason, and Harry would take a look at it free of charge. I am very happy with my purchase and I know I will definitely be coming back here if I need to buy any other audio equipment.
