Krav Maga Regina will be offering a short 4 week / twice a week adult beginners course starting Monday, August 8th @ 7:45pm covering basic Krav Maga self protection skills and techniques in a dynamic and friendly learning environment. GET FIT, RELIEVE STRESS & HAVE FUN WHILE LEARNING HOW TO PROTECT YOURSELF! Classes will run every Monday and Wednesday evening from 7:45pm 8:45pm for 4 weeks. Open to all fitness levels, no experience necessary. A virtual class option will not be available for this course.

WOMEN’S ONLY SELF PROTECTION COURSE JUNE 5TH
Krav Maga Regina will be running a short 4 week /once a week WOMEN’S ONLY SELF PROTECTION COURSE starting SUNDAY, JUNE 5TH @ 7:00PM. Classes will run every Sunday evening from 7:00pm – 8:00pm for 4 weeks. This is a great crash course for women who want to learn real world self defense skills but don’t necessarily have a lot of time to commit to a longer program. The course will cover proven self protection skills and techniques in a dynamic and friendly learning environment. There will be no virtual option offered for this course.

Km FITNESS BOOTCAMP **NEW**
The Km Fitness Bootcamp classes cover a wide range of techniques and drills to get you into better shape and maximize your work out. This is not your average bootcamp! With a fun and fast paced mix of cardiovascular and strength training combined with intense and explosive Krav Maga combatives you will get the ultimate work out! Classes are open to all fitness levels. Classes will run on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00pm – 6:55pm in 4 week sessions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm highly impressed with Richard and his gym. My family has been training with him for years and I have never taken the plunge. With me being heavy and past injuries from the previous year - I was hesitant. The day of my class I was thinking multiple ways to bail, especially when working with your body all day and it is inflamed and sore to begin with...without a workout. I stuck it out and I noticed with in minutes that it's a comfortable, judgement free place. I never felt pushed outside my physical limits that puts my previous injuries at risk but still threw down a good educational workout. I'm writing this the day after sore, but grateful. This gym cares about educating women on intense self defense for the real world. I see why my mother and sisters keep going back. The training is worth the time and money. I suggest you check out a class yourself and see what it's all about.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just finished this 4 week course and HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! - my absolute favourite thing I have done in foreverrrrr.
The instructor, Richard, is beyond phenomenal and
I feel substantially more confident in my ability to defend myself (if ever needed… god forbid) after 4 weeks in this class than I ever did in my decade of TaekwonDo (in which I had a black belt and competed at a national level).
It’s a super welcoming environment, GREAT exercise, and you’ll walk away feeling pretty badass (or at least I did ?)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just finished the four week women’s self defense class and immediately signed up for more because a) this is super useful stuff for any woman to know, and b) that was the best workout ever. This was money very well spent, and I felt like it was an investment in my confidence and safety. Richard teaches this class so well— he starts with the most basic moves and slowly builds them up until suddenly you realize you could probably take someone down. He’s super encouraging and clear, and he gets you to push yourself while not making you feel bad if you need a breather. Armando is awesome and so helpful too! It’s fun to go with a friend or three (you’ll be split into pairs), or it’s totally cool to go solo and immediately bond with a stranger. :) And mothers… take your daughters!
If you’re hesitant to go because you’re feeling intimidated by the workout or the intensity of krav maga, don’t let that stop you. Three minutes in and you’ll be sweating, laughing, and feeling empowered. Plus it turns out that punching things is a really great stress reliever!!
